Does ReMe work without a wearable?
Yes, with one limit. On-demand resets need nothing but your moments: open the app, tap Give me a reset, pick the feeling you need.
What a wearable adds is detection, ReMe noticing your body tightening before you do. Without one, nothing watches your heart rate and every cue starts with you.
Where do my moments and videos live?
In file storage tied to your ReMe account, and only your own cues ever load them. There is no stock imagery in this product, and no one else's eyes on your vault.
Delete a moment and the stored file goes with it. Pro can export the whole vault, your places and your cue history at any time.
Is ReMe a medical device?
No. It compares your heart rate and HRV to your own baseline and shows you your own moments, music and places. It never diagnoses anything and never tells you that you are unwell.
If you have a heart condition or a mental health condition, follow your clinician, not an app.
Which wearables does ReMe read?
Oura Ring and WHOOP connect through their own OAuth screens. WHOOP contributes HRV, recovery and workout heart rate; it has no continuous heart rate feed, and the app says so plainly.
Apple Watch connects through a Shortcuts recipe you install once, about two minutes. It sends heart rate and HRV every few minutes.
The Ground plan keeps one wearable connected. Pro connects all three at once.
How does ReMe decide when to interrupt me?
It learns your normal heart rate and HRV for each hour of the day across 14 days, then waits for your numbers to break out of that baseline.
It stays quiet during workouts, inside your quiet hours, in the 45 minutes after your last cue, and past your daily cap. On Ground that cap is two unprompted cues a day, inside a 09:00 to 17:00 detection window.
What if a moment stops feeling good?
Every moment has a never use in cues switch. It drops out of cue selection within a second and the file stays safe in your vault.
You can also delete it entirely, file included.
Does ReMe touch my Spotify or Apple Music?
With Spotify connected, ReMe can start one of your playlists on your active device. It never creates, edits or publishes anything.
Apple Music works by handoff: a button opens your playlist in the Music app and it starts there. If you are on Spotify free, playback works the same way.
What happens to my moments if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your vault keeps working inside the Ground limits: 30 moments, 15 feeling-tagged places, one wearable, two unprompted cues a day.
If you are over a limit, everything stays viewable and playable. You just cannot add more until you are back under it.
